Note on Custom Production
Our wall tattoos, window films, iron-on images, wall art, and 3D-printed products are made to order specifically for you after your purchase – these are not off-the-shelf items. Please choose carefully, also for the sake of sustainability.
Introduction
Consumers have a right of cancellation. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession (§ 13 BGB).
Right of Cancellation
You may cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reasons.
The cancellation period starts 14 days from the day you, or a third party you designate (not the carrier), receive the last item.

(e.g., via letter, fax, or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. Feel free to use the attached sample cancellation form, though it’s not required.
It’s sufficient to send your cancellation notice before the 14-day period expires to meet the deadline.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we’ll refund all payments we’ve received from you, including delivery costs (except extra costs from choosing a more expensive delivery option than our standard, most affordable one), as quickly as possible and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice. We’ll use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we’ve explicitly agreed otherwise with you. You won’t be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we’ve received the goods back or you’ve provided proof of shipment, whichever comes first.
Please return or hand over the goods to us promptly, and in any case within 14 days from the day you inform us of the cancellation. The deadline is met if you ship the goods within this 14-day period.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You’re only responsible for any loss in value if it results from handling beyond what’s necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is significantly influenced by your personal selection or specification, or which are clearly tailored to your individual needs (§ 312g(2)(1) BGB).
Consumers residing and receiving delivery outside the EU at the time of contract conclusion also have no right of cancellation.
Practical Tips
- Please protect the goods from damage or contamination. Return them, if possible, in their original packaging with all accessories included. If the original packaging is unavailable, use suitable packaging to prevent transport damage.
- Avoid returning the goods freight collect.
- These tips are not a prerequisite for effectively exercising your right of cancellation.
