Ho'oponopono - Huna Forgiveness Ritual Mantra Wall Art
Ho'oponopono, is a well-known Hawaiian forgiveness ritual and means "put right / do right right". The traditional process of forgiveness and reconciliation is part of the ancient Hawaiian wisdom of Huna. "Hu" means "knowledge" and "na" means "wisdom". So Huna means "secret knowledge" or "secret" and can be loosely translated as "healing through listening". The forgiveness mantra is not only about knowledge, because knowledge without action is like knowing nothing. The four phrase ritual from Hawaii, "I'm sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you." should invite us to action. With Ho'oponopono relationship problems, accusations, self-reproach, blame, resentment, anger, negative beliefs, bad experiences in the past, arguments, conflicts and blockages are resolved.
As long as you blame other people for the fact that you are not doing well, that you are not successful or that you are happy, you are also giving them power over you. But it is in your power and responsibility how you react to situations. We have no influence on other people. We can only influence what we think, feel and how we act. So we can uncover and heal these old feelings and the unconscious negative beliefs!
"Holding on to anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other to die." - Buddha
