Ground ivy, also known as Glechoma hederacea, creeping charlie, or wild mint, is a wild herb that grows in meadows, gardens, and along forest paths. Often dismissed as a weed, it’s actually one of the first healing plants to appear in spring. It offers us vitamin C, flavonoids, saponins, and bitter substances. It often grows near wild garlic and is said to have detoxifying properties, just like its fragrant neighbor. Ground ivy supports the liver, helps fight colds, has anti-inflammatory effects, and can benefit the skin and metabolism.
The taste reminds many of mint, and its violet flowers are loved by bees.
This poster shows the plant's characteristic heart-shaped leaves. In one of them, the golden spiral is clearly visible – not one, but two mirrored spirals meet in this natural design. It’s a breathtaking example of how the Fibonacci sequence and the golden ratio show up in everyday nature.
From our DNA to water vortices, snail shells to galaxies – we live in spirals. The golden spiral is a symbol of movement, life, and divine design.
This plant artwork reminds you that nothing in the universe is random. Everything follows a sacred blueprint.
With this green botanical wall art, you bring beauty, calm, harmony, energy, and sacred geometry into your space.
It’s a wonderful gift idea for herbalists, shamans, healers, and nature-loving souls.
